Abstract:
The TPS 32A tender X-ray absorption spectroscopy beamline integrates automated measurement and intelligent data analysis workflows by combining beamline optical components, endstations, motor control, and data acquisition systems with automated beam tuning, automated sample changing, and rapid spectral analysis workflows. The beamline control and fly-scan mode are built on EPICS and a PLC-based system. A unified LabVIEW graphical user interface was developed to coordinate target energy setting, DCM parallelism optimization, HHRM and toroidal focusing mirror adjustment, slit setting, automatic energy calibration, and measurement sequence control. Meanwhile, a Python-based intelligent spectral analysis workflow was implemented for energy calibration, background subtraction, XANES matching, and EXAFS fitting. The integrated system enhances the efficiency of measurement, data processing, and data analysis, providing a robust platform for automated experiments and intelligent X-ray absorption spectroscopy analysis at TPS 32A.
